As you may know, at this time the Basketball World Championships (for
men) is taking place in Indianapolis, USA.
Among the participant countries is Angola whose fans, so few, cheer
their team waving national flags and one that I did not
recognize. Do you know what flag is this?
The images were watched in ESPN "Sport-Center" news-program during
the opening match between Angola and Yugoslavia four
days ago. The images passed so fast, so it was difficult to me identified
the correct arrangement of the colors.
Here are two possibilities.

According to Flaggenmitteilung 75 this is the flag of the Organization
of Angola Women (organizaçao de mulheres de Angola or so) - but arrangement
is black, light blue and red.
